To regenerate the cation vessel there are three steps; Acid draw, slow rinse, and fast rinse.
To regenerate the anion vessel there are four steps; Stand by tank purge, caustic draw, slow rinse, fast rinse.
Both regeneration cycles flow opposite the service flow.

Tanks are made of fiberglass reinforced polyester.

Units use strong acid cationic and strong base anionic resins.

System uses multistage centrifugal pump of 316 stainless steel, and a touch screen control programmable logic controller
Each system is modular and skid mounted for ease of transport and installation.
