Our Fall 2008 line of batch waste treat systems are robust, can process from 500 to 8,000 gallons per batch, have an extremely small foot print, and are built to work reliably day in and day out with no problems. Everything needed is included. You can configure system to treat cyanide, hex chrome, and heavy metals or any combination you desire. PLC controlls consistently treat your effluent to desired levels. The system comes with an expandable filter press integrated into the system so sludge volume reduction and disposal is fast and easy. Wastewater Treatment as easy as 1-2-3-4

1. Install skid mounted system

A. Move into position, run air line to system, connect inlet and outlet, installation done !

2. Fill Tank With Wastewater

A. Use included pump for filling from drums, pits, or other storage tanks.

3. Add 1-Step Treatment Product

A. Turn mixer on.
B. Add 1-Step Treatment Product.
C. Turn Mixer off and let flock settle.

4. Decant and de-water through filter press

A. Open decant valve and pump through filter press.

B. After clear water is discharged, open bottom sludge valve and pump
settled sludge through filter press.

C. Open Filter press and dispose of non hazardous filter cake.

Repeat cycle !

This unit is designed to separate heavy metals and oil from water.

Skid Mounted 1,000 gallon capacity Batch treatment system, comprising:

1,000 gallon cone bottom Polyethylene Reaction tank

Mixer with Stainless Steel shaft and 304 Stainless Steel 8” impellor

1 decant valve 2 True union ball valves on bottom of cone tank

Air Diaphragm sludge pump, with 630 mm Filter Press 2 cu.ft capacity expandable to 4 cu.ft.

Stair tread and deck for cone bottom tank.

Operations Manual in Spanish or English is included

System is supplied fully skid mounted, and piped.

Delivery 6-8 weeks ARO
